Building a hub of creativity and connection

The Haven Center exists to foster artistic expression, social connections, and spiritual development. The word “haven” means a place of safety, shelter, or refuge. It’s a place where people feel secure and happy. As humans, we all search for havens.

A haven can be a garden or a garage full of tools, a tree fort or favorite library. A haven is a place we want to be because of how it makes us feel. For some it’s a local pub. For others it’s grandma’s kitchen. This captures the spirit of what we want this space to be for many. Whether it’s a concert or an art camp, an ice cream fundraiser or a movie night, we want the overall vibe to feel like a haven of rest for all people. The world needs more havens. Warwick needs more!

The possibilities for how this property can be used are endless. We have lots of ideas, but—we also want to see what ideas come from Warwick residents. Here are some of the ideas we’ve been dreaming of:
